Public Project Revolving Fund (PPRF)

The New Mexico Finance Authority Act requires loans over $1,000,000 from the PPRF to be authorized by the New Mexico Legislature.  Complete this form to be included on the 2025 PPRF Legislative Authorization List to be eligible to apply for financing from NMFA's Public Project Revolving Fund. Legislative Authorization is valid for three years.  Inclusion on the PPRF Legislative Authorization List does not create an obligation to seek funding from NMFA. If you don't want to be on this year's list, please indicate that below.
